Food Preparation

Make popular chaat items quickly and cleanly, ensuring consistent taste.

Sauce & Ingredient Management

Prepare fresh green chutney, sweet tamarind date chutney, spiced potato fillings, and chopped onions/sev daily.

Station Hygiene

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary counter or food stall.

Additional Duties

Manage juice counters, tea/coffee preparation, or basic customer billing in smaller cafes. [1, 2, 3]

Requirements & Skills

Experience

Typically 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience working in fast-food chains, cafes, or street-food restaurants.

Specialized Knowledge

Deep familiarity with flavor profiles, spice balances, and traditional presentation of Indian chaat.
