Job Description

VC GREEN ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a skilled and experienced Cook to prepare quality meals for the household. The candidate should have formal training in Hotel Management and must have completed a course from a recognized culinary school.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook daily meals as per household requirements.
• Plan and prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and other meals as required.
• Handle cooking for up to 10 members.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking utensils.
• Manage kitchen ingredients and inform the management about grocery requirements.
• Maintain proper food storage and follow food safety practices.
• Prepare a variety of dishes according to the household's preferences.
• Maintain kitchen discipline and ensure timely preparation of meals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have completed formal culinary training from a culinary school.
• Previous experience as a Cook in a household or similar setting is preferred.
• Must be capable of cooking for up to 10 members.
• Good knowledge of food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and food safety is mandatory.
• Must be responsible, disciplined, and organized.

Salary

Starting from ₹20,000 per month.
