Customer Care Representative

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, assist with orders, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other support channels.
• Assist customers with product information, sizing, measurements, pricing, and order details.
• Help customers place orders and guide them through the purchasing process.
• Track orders and provide updates on shipping and delivery.
• Handle customer concerns related to returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, tailoring, shipping, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
• Provide professional, polite, and timely customer service.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the team.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and online order management systems.
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Previous customer service or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
