CMM Operator- ZEISS

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CMM machines to perform dimensional inspections of parts and assemblies.
• Interpret and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and GD\&T standards.
• Program CMM machines using \[specific software, e.g.,Calypso].
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on the CMM equipment.
• Identify and document deviations from specifications and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to address quality issues.
• Maintain detailed records of inspection results and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CMM Operator (minimum 3 years).
• Proficiency in programming CMM+CAD Programming.
• Strong understanding of GD\&T, technical drawings, and blueprints.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
• A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
