Job Summary

Responsible for driving diagnostic business (Lab tests, Health Packages, B2B Tie-ups) and achieving sales targets in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

Sales \& Business Development

• Achieve monthly sales target for the area.
• Generate business from Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics and Corporates.
• Promote health packages and specialized tests.

Team Management

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives / Phlebotomists / PSMs.
• Daily field work planning, tracking and motivating the team.
• Provide training on new tests and packages.

Doctor \& Client Relationship

• Build strong relationships with Doctors, RMPs and Hospital Purchase Departments.
• Regular doctor visits and sample collection center visits.
• Handle doctor queries and complaints.

Operations \& Collection

• Ensure smooth sample collection and on-time report delivery.
• Manage collection centers and franchisees in the area.
• Ensure timely payment collection from B2B clients.

Reporting \& MIS

• Prepare Daily Sales Report (DSR), MIS and competitor analysis.
• Report to Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Zonal Head.
• Track daily login, revenue and center-wise performance.

Required Skills

• Experience in Diagnostics / Pharma / Healthcare sales.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local market - Jalandar.
• Must have a bike and be willing to travel extensively.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
