About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on experience specifically in healthcare staffing/recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing healthcare professionals for US-based healthcare facilities and staffing programs.
Candidates with experience primarily in Pharma, IT Staffing, BPO, General Recruitment, or other non-healthcare industries will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US healthcare staffing requirements.
- Work on multiple healthcare positions and manage the recruitment process from sourcing through placement.
- Identify candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, experience, availability, location, shift preference, and compensation.
- Understand healthcare job descriptions and effectively match candidates to client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate qualification calls and assess suitability for specific healthcare assignments.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.
- Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Ensure candidate documentation and compliance requirements are completed within the required timelines.
- Follow up with candidates regarding background checks, drug screens, occupational health tests, immunization records, credentials, and other onboarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/database.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Client Services, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth placements.
- Meet defined recruitment targets, submission goals, turnaround times, and quality metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future requirements.
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Healthcare Recruitment/Healthcare Staffing.
- Mandatory experience recruiting healthcare professionals, preferably for the US healthcare market.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing terminology, roles, requirements, and recruitment processes.
- Experience working with healthcare positions such as
o Registered Nurses (RN)
o Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN)
o Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
o Allied Health Professionals
o Therapists
o Technicians
o Medical Assistants
o Other clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals
- Hands-on experience with healthcare recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
- Strong candidate engagement, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in US shifts/night shifts.

- Experience recruiting for hospitals, healthcare systems, nursing facilities, clinics, or healthcare staffing agencies.
- Experience handling urgent/high-volume healthcare requirements.
- Strong understanding of candidate documentation and onboarding processes.

Only candidates with relevant healthcare recruitment experience will be shortlisted.
