Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of floor staff.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance.
• Schedule shifts, allocate tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Customer Service
• Ensure that staff delivers high-quality customer service.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Foster a customer-focused atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
• Sales Management
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to make informed decisions.
• Promote products and services effectively to enhance customer engagement.
• Inventory Control
• Oversee stock management, including inventory tracking, ordering, and replenishment.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Operational Oversight
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the establishment.
• Implement standard operating procedures and best practices for efficiency.
• Team Leadership
• Encourage teamwork and collaboration among staff members.

• Reporting
