Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join us for a part-time assignment. The role involves making calls, following up with customers/dealers, sharing information, and maintaining call records.

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers/dealers as per the provided database.

Follow up with prospects and maintain call records.

Collect relevant information and customer feedback.

Coordinate with the concerned team for further follow-up.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.

Prior telecalling/customer service experience will be an advantage.
