Leisure Sales refers to selling travel products and holidays to individuals, couples, families, and groups traveling for personal/vacation purposes.

Key responsibilities

Handle domestic & international holiday enquiries

Understand customer travel requirements, budget and preference

Generate quotations and follow up with leads

Negotiate with customers and close bookings

Coordinate with operations, ticketing and visa teams

Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Update CRM/database and maintain sales reports
