Front Office Executive (Receptionist)

Job Responsibilities

Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.

Manage room reservations, room allocations, extensions, cancellations and guest requests.

Operate IDS software for reservations, billing, room status and front office operations.

Handle guest queries, complaints and requests and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and other departments for smooth guest services.

Maintain accurate guest records, registration cards and front office documentation.

Handle cash, billing, invoices and payment-related activities as required.

Prepare daily front office reports, occupancy reports and other MIS reports.

Monitor room availability and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth room inventory management.

Ensure proper handover and communication between shifts.

Follow hotel SOPs, safety standards and guest service procedures.

Support the Front Office Manager in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

4–5 years of relevant experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.

Mandatory hands-on experience with IDS software.

Good knowledge of front office operations and hotel procedures.

Strong guest-handling and communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Ability to handle pressure and work in rotational shifts.

Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay

₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
