Barista

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other hot and cold drinks.

Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.

Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.

Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and dining area.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies and report shortages.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment setup.

Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.

Work effectively with the café team during busy hours.

Pay

₹16,000.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
