About the Role

We are looking for a Counsellor to handle prospective customers, understand their requirements, provide suitable guidance, and convert qualified leads into customers.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and assigned leads.

Understand customer requirements through effective counselling.

Provide suitable guidance based on customer needs.

Explain healthcare products/services clearly.

Build relationships with prospective customers.

Conduct regular follow-ups.

Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Maintain lead and follow-up records.

Convert qualified leads into customers.

Achieve sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Healthcare Counselling, Counselling, Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or Business Development.

Strong communication and counselling skills.

Good follow-up and objection-handling skills.

Comfortable working with sales and conversion targets.

Good interpersonal skills.

Graduate degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
