Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Micro Store Captain to manage daily store operations, inventory, customer service, and basic reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product displays.

Coordinate stock replenishment and dispatches with the central team.

Assist customers and resolve queries.

Prepare daily sales and operational reports.

Maintain store standards and follow company guidelines.

Handle multiple store-related activities efficiently.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in retail/store operations.

Freshers with relevant skills may apply.

Good communication and customer-service skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
