Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Micro Store Captain to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, customer experience, and coordination with the central operations team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple operational activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.

Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and store standards.

Coordinate stock replenishment, receiving, and dispatch activities.

Assist customers and resolve their queries professionally.

Prepare daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.

Coordinate with the central team for operational requirements.

Follow company policies, processes, and operational guidelines.

Ensure accurate handling and maintenance of store records.

Manage multiple store-related activities and priorities efficiently.

Required Skills

1+ year of experience in retail, store operations, or a similar role.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Basic English communication skills.

Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach.

Ability to work in an on-site and fast-paced environment.

Freshers with strong relevant skills may also apply.
