Stores Executive

Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, specifications, and supporting documents.

Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and other material-receipt records.

Properly store and organize raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods.

Maintain accurate stock registers / ERP records and ensure system stock matches physical stock.

Issue materials against authorized Material Requisition / Issue Slips.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and support periodic stock audits.

Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages or slow-moving items.

Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.

Ensure proper identification, labeling, binning, and preservation of materials.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts, and Logistics teams.

Maintain records for rejected, damaged, excess, and obsolete materials.

Ensure housekeeping, safety, and proper material-handling practices within the stores area.

Track inward and outward material movements and maintain necessary documentation.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports as required.

Support internal and external audits related to inventory and stores.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory-control policies.
