Job Summary

We are looking for a CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems at client locations. The candidate should be comfortable travelling to client sites and handling field-level technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and surveillance systems.

Perform CCTV camera installation, alignment, testing, and commissioning.

Configure IP cameras, network switches, PoE switches, and video recorders.

Troubleshoot camera, DVR/NVR, power supply, cabling, and connectivity issues.

Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of CCTV systems.

Configure remote viewing through mobile applications and computers.

Perform network configuration for CCTV systems, including basic IP addressing.

Install and troubleshoot UTP, coaxial, and power cabling.

Identify and resolve camera display, recording, storage, and playback issues.

Provide on-site technical support at client locations.

Maintain service reports, installation records, and equipment details.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to complete assigned service requests.

Travel to client locations for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience as a CCTV Technician or in a similar role.

Hands-on experience with CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, PoE switches, and cabling.

Basic knowledge of IP networking, LAN, TCP/IP, and routers.

Ability to troubleshoot CCTV hardware and connectivity issues.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Willingness to travel to client locations.

Valid two-wheeler and driving licence are mandatory.

Ability to work independently at client sites.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Prama, Hi-Focus, or similar CCTV systems.

Knowledge of access control, video door phones, or biometric systems is an added advantage.

Experience with CCTV installation and structured cabling will be preferred.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
