The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer interaction, property solutions, relationship management, and achieving sales targets. Roles & ResponsibilitiesConduct daily field visits to meet property owners and potential customers . Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and assigned leads. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker property solutions . Explain NoBroker products, services, pricing, and subscription plans. Schedule and conduct property/site visits. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and property owners. Negotiate effectively and drive closures within the assigned territory. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets . Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and closure. Maintain knowledge of the local property market and competitor activities. Requirements10th/12th pass or Graduate. 1 months–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2C Sales, or a similar customer-facing role preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities. Two-wheeler and valid Driving Licence mandatory. Good knowledge of the local area. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
