Job Overview

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our team at Madhapur, Hitech City, Hyderabad.

The role is responsible for welcoming guests, handling enquiries, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with F&B, Gaming and Operations teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

Freshers with strong communication and guest-handling skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Handle guest enquiries, requests and basic concerns.

Provide information about gaming, F&B, packages, activities and venue facilities.

Ensure a positive and seamless guest experience throughout the visit.

Coordinate with F&B, Gaming and Operations teams to address guest requirements.

Support smooth day-to-day venue operations.

Handle guest feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.

Maintain professional grooming and service standards.

Follow company policies, SOPs and customer service standards.

Candidate Requirements

0–2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, F&B, Aviation, Retail or Entertainment.

Freshers with strong communication and customer-handling skills can apply.

Fluent Telugu communication is mandatory.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong interpersonal and guest-handling skills.

Confident, courteous and customer-focused approach.

Professional grooming and presentation.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Work Schedule

6 days working

1 rotational weekly off

Rotational shifts

11:00 AM–8:00 PM / 12:00 PM–9:00 PM

Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days will be preferred.
