Telecaller – School Admissions

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle parent enquiries and generate interest in school admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective parents from provided leads.

Explain school facilities, programs, admission process and offers.

Follow up with interested parents and schedule campus visits.

Maintain daily call and enquiry records.

Coordinate with the Admission Counsellor for further follow-up.

Achieve assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous telecalling/sales experience preferred.

Basic computer knowledge.

Fluent in English and Kannada/Hindi.

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
