Customer Service Associate – International Voice Position

Salary Up to ₹5.8 LPA

Eligibility - Graduate

1–12 years of BPO Voice experience

HSC

18 months–10 years of BPO Voice Freshers are not eligible - International Voice experience is preferred

Responsibilities - Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions.

• Meet SLA, KPI, AHT, RSAT, and customer experience targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Implement feedback and process updates. - Maintain professional communication with customers.

Skills Required - Excellent English communication skills.

• Prior BPO Voice experience.
• International Voice experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to process requirements.

Important - Candidates must be comfortable with an international voice process.

Pay

₹560,000.00 - ₹580,000.00 per year
