Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Sector 18, Gurugram
Experience: Minimum 1 year of on-paper BPO experience
Education: Graduation mandatory

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of BPO experience is mandatory.

Candidates with prior Customer Service experience will be preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

B.Tech, B.E. and LLB candidates are not eligible.

Shift Details

Femal Candidates: Day shifts only
Mal Candidates: Rotational shifts

Compensation

Monthly CTC: ₹26,000
Net In-Hand: ₹22,200
