About the Role
HT Media Limited is hiring energetic and confident Telesales Executives for its Noida and Gurgaon locations.
The selected candidates will be responsible for outbound calling, customer interaction, lead follow-up and converting prospects into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain products/services to customers in a clear and convincing manner.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and handle objections effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication.
Candidate Requirements
- Maximum age: 30 years
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Candidates with experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Outbound Sales or Customer Calling will be preferred.
- Strong convincing and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Energetic, confident and self-motivated personality.
- Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude may also be considered, subject to the employer's selection criteria.
Salary
- Noida
- Up to ₹25,000 in-hand/month
- Gurgaon
- Up to ₹28,000 in-hand/month
Final salary will depend on interview performance and employer selection.
