Follow up with interested customers to close pending sales. Maintain accurate call records, customer details, and order status in the CRM. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the verification and delivery teams to ensure accurate order processing. Follow company calling guidelines and maintain professional customer relationships. Required SkillsGood Hindi communication skills. Basic sales, negotiation, and convincing skills. Confidence in handling outbound calls and customer objections. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Basic computer knowledge and willingness to use CRM software. Positive attitude, discipline, and a customer-focused approach.
