Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Key Responsibilities

Post-Sales Operations

Manage client onboarding, welcome communications, agreement drafting, and allotment letters.

Documentation & Compliance

Ensure accuracy in KYC, booking forms, builder-buyer agreements, and property registrations.

Collections & Banking

Issue demand letters, track payment schedules, send reminders, and assist with home loan disbursements.

Client Servicing

Act as the single point of contact for queries, site issues, and grievance redressal.

Handover & Possession

Coordinate final property inspections, manage possession letters, and facilitate seamless handovers.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Liaise with sales, legal, finance, and project execution teams.
