About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Service Associate to join our team.

The role involves assisting customers, responding to their questions, providing information about our services, and ensuring that customers receive timely and helpful support.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Understand customer questions and provide clear and accurate information.

Assist customers with using our services and platform.

Follow up on customer requests and ensure they are properly addressed.

Coordinate with the relevant internal team when necessary.

Maintain customer information and service records.

Build positive and professional relationships with customers.

Ensure a good customer experience.

Requirements

Fresher to (3) years of experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English and Malayalam.

Hindi or other Indian languages will be an advantage.

Basic computer knowledge.

Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.

Patient, friendly, and willing to help customers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
