Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-focused Booking Agent to join the team at Veer Green Logistics . In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing freight and transport bookings, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, drivers, and operations teams. Manage Bookings

Handle incoming shipment and transport bookings via phone, email, and internal software efficiently.

Customer Support

Address client inquiries regarding freight rates, transit times, service availability, and shipment tracking.

Order Processing

Accurately enter booking data, generate shipping orders, airway bills/LR copies, and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Coordination: Coordinate daily dispatch schedules with drivers, fleet managers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

Problem Resolution: Proactively handle delivery delays, route changes, or customer complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.

Reporting

Maintain daily logs of all bookings, cancellations, and completed shipments for management review.

Pay

₹13,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
