Front Desk Receptionist
A front desk receptionist acts as the primary point of contact for visitors and manages essential front-office administrative duties.
Role: Serve as the "face" of the company, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and secure environment for all guests, clients, and callers.

- Office Manager or Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome guests, sign them in, issue visitor badges, and notify relevant staff of their arrival.
Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls on a multi-line system, and respond to general email or in-person inquiries.
- Mail & Deliveries
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and couriers, as well as prepare outgoing correspondence.
- Scheduling
- Maintain appointment calendars, book meetings, and reserve conference rooms as needed.
Office Organization: Keep the reception area and front desk clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for office supplies. Administrative Support: Perform basic clerical tasks including data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing.

- Monitor visitor access and enforce safety protocols to maintain office security.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative support.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace, and familiarity with office equipment (printers, multi-line phone systems).
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, a friendly and professional demeanor, active listening, and patience in handling customer concerns.
