Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements & cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation.
• Maintain and update accounting records & reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and review periodic financial reports.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Input financial data accurately into accounting software.
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in internal and external audits.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA Finance is a must.
• Strong conceptual understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• High accuracy, attention to detail & commitment to timelines.
