Inside Sales Executive

Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time Desk Job in Lucknow. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries from prospective buyers, and following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals. The executive will present property options, explain pricing and features, schedule site visits, and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Daily responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, coordinating with the field sales and marketing teams, and meeting defined sales targets and performance metrics. The role also requires preparing basic sales reports, staying updated on property listings and market trends, and representing the company professionally to all clients.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust over phone and in-person interactions.

Sales aptitude, including lead qualification, negotiation, and closing skills, preferably within real estate or similar customer-facing industries.

Basic proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and data entry, with attention to detail in maintaining records and preparing reports.

Customer service mindset, including active listening, problem-solving, and a professional approach to handling queries and objections.

Prior experience in inside sales, BPO,telemarketing, or real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional training in sales or real estate will be an advantage.

Pay

₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
