Job Description

Snapmint is looking for experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our Email Support Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing accurate and timely resolutions through email.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and complaints through email.

Provide accurate information and resolutions according to company policies and SOPs.

Maintain professional and clear communication with customers.

Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when required.

Maintain proper documentation and tagging of customer interactions.

Meet quality, productivity, and response-time targets.

Follow company guidelines, processes, and data-privacy policies.

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required.

Requirements

Graduation is mandatory.

Prior experience in customer support, preferably in an email/non-voice process.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good written English and email communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email.

Good typing and multitasking skills.

Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Customer-service-oriented attitude.
