Sales Telecaller

Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from the company's lead database. Introduce the company, products, and services to prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities. Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels. Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain proper communication. Schedule meetings or calls between qualified prospects and the sales team. Share company profiles, brochures, quotations, and other information with prospects when required. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses. Update lead status and follow-up details in CRM/Excel. Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified leads and customer requirements. Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and appointment targets . Build professional relationships with prospects and provide a positive customer experience. RequirementsGood English communication and conversation skills . Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Good listening and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to handle rejection and consistently follow up with prospects. Sales or telecalling experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply .
