Job Description: Last Mile Delivery Supervisor / Part Time / Full Time Location: Dadar, Mumbai Shift: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM Experience: 3+ Years Type: Full-Time / On-Site Role OverviewLooking for a Last Mile Delivery Supervisor to manage early-morning hub operations, supervise riders, and ensure on-time order fulfillment across Dadar. Key Responsibilities Dispatch: Manage 4:00 AM sorting, bag scanning, run-sheets, and morning dispatches. Rider Management: Oversee rider attendance, shift schedules, onboarding, and payouts. SLA & Quality: Maintain high First Time Right (FTR) delivery rates and minimize RTOs. Escalations: Resolve field delivery issues and customer complaints promptly. Requirements2–6 years in dark store, hub, or last-mile delivery operations. Good route knowledge of Dadar and surrounding Mumbai areas. Proficient with delivery apps and basic MS Excel reporting.
