• Position Title: Digital Marketing and Business Development Trainee

Duration: 3 Months

Compensation

• Base Stipend: INR 3,000 per month
• Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives as per the company's monthly target framework.
• Work Hours \& Schedule
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Shift Options: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Performance Review: Your overall performance, progress, and contributions will be evaluated continuously throughout the 3-month training period. Upon successful completion of this period, your role and performance will be reviewed for potential transition into a full-time position or extended opportunities, based on company requirements.Will provide an Digital Marketing and Business Development trainee trainee certification. If you work for additional 3 months after the trainee program ,3T DYNAMICS will provide you a Digital Marketing and Business Development executive certification and will provide you with an improved salary package with incentives or can even recruit you to our popular clients.
