About the Role

G-TEC Computer Education is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainee to join our growing team across our Kallambalam and Pothencode centers.

This is a hands-on learning and execution role where you will work on real campaigns, manage social media presence, generate student leads, and promote our wide range of professional training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish daily content (posts, reels, stories) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Lead Generation: Execute digital marketing campaigns to generate inquiries and admissions for various courses.
• Graphic Design \& Content Creation: Design visual assets using Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for social posts, flyers, and banners.
• SEO \& Google Business Profile: Maintain and update local SEO profiles (Google Maps/Reviews) for both the Kallambalam and Pothencode branches.
• Paid Campaigns: Assist in managing Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) and Google Ads for student recruitment campaigns.
• Analytics \& Reporting: Track engagement, lead conversion metrics, and campaign performance weekly.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Education: Graduate/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or any related field (Freshers welcome!).
• Skills
• Fundamental understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Photoshop).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is a plus.
• Traits: Proactive, willing to learn, creative, and goal-oriented.
