Ltd. 📌 Position: Academic Counsellor / Telecalling Executive 📍 Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon 💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand 🎁 Performance-Based Incentives 🎓 Qualification: • 12th Pass / Graduate 🧑‍💼 Experience: • Minimum 6 months in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, Academic Counselling or Customer Service 🎂 Age: 18–32 Years 👫 Gender: Male & Female ⏰ Shift: Day Shift 📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday 🗓️ Week Off: Fixed Sunday 🕙 Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 💼 Job Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective students. • Explain Frankfinn courses and career opportunities. • Counsel students and parents regarding Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Customer Service programs. • Generate and follow up on leads. • Convert enquiries into walk-ins and admissions. • Maintain lead details and update CRM records. • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets. ✅ Required Skills: • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English. • Experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Lead Generation or Counselling. • Strong convincing, counselling and negotiation skills.
