Call applicants who have applied through the kovon app. · Understand each candidate’s education, experience, skills, availability, and career goals. · Explain job opportunities, eligibility requirements, documentation, timelines, and next steps clearly. · Collect, review, and follow up on candidate documents and required information. · Keep candidate records accurate and updated in internal systems. · Guide candidates through the international recruitment process from application to placement. · Coordinate with recruitment, operations, compliance, and employer-facing teams. · Follow up consistently so candidates complete each stage on time. · Address candidate questions professionally and escalate complex issues when required. · Communicate with transparency and reinforce kovon’s zero-middlemen, candidate-first approach. · Meet call, follow-up, documentation, and conversion targets while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
