The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, GST, and experience in payment follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Management: Oversee daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. GST Compliance: Ensure accurate calculation, filing, and payment of GST. Maintain updated records for GST returns and compliance. Payment Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from clients. Ensure timely collection of receivables. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile bank statements, and manage petty cash transactions. Reporting: Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Documentation: Process invoices, expense claims, and vendor payments. Ensure proper documentation and filing. Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant financial regulations. Requirements: Minimum 1-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Proficiency in GST procedures and filing. Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
