About Zakaas Bites

Zakaas Bites is a QSR/fast-food outlet serving burgers, fries, nachos, snacks, corn, salads, shakes, beverages and desserts.

We are looking for an Outlet Supervisor who can manage daily operations, coordinate the kitchen team, monitor food quality and hygiene, handle customers and ensure smooth order processing.

Key ResponsibilitiesOutlet Operations

Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet.

Coordinate with the Chef and Kitchen Helper.

Ensure all orders are prepared, assembled and packed correctly.

Monitor order preparation time and ensure timely dispatch of takeaway/delivery orders.

Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.

Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.

Kitchen & Food Quality

Monitor the preparation of frozen and fresh food products as per standard procedures.

Ensure correct portion sizes and presentation.

Monitor salad preparation, storage and freshness.

Ensure frozen products are stored correctly and FIFO is followed.

Monitor oil usage, frying practices and kitchen cleanliness.

Check food quality before serving/dispatching.

Monitor food wastage and report unusual wastage to management.

Staff Management

Allocate duties to Chef and Kitchen Helper.

Monitor attendance, punctuality and discipline.

Coordinate the team during peak hours.

Train staff on basic SOPs, hygiene and order-handling procedures.

Report staff-related issues to management.

Inventory & Packaging

Monitor stock of frozen food, vegetables, beverages, sauces and other ingredients.

Monitor packaging material such as food boxes, trays, cups, burger wrappers, bags, tissues, etc.

Inform management about low-stock items.

Check incoming stock and ensure proper storage.

Maintain basic stock and wastage records.

Customer Service

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Ensure proper customer service and order accuracy.

Coordinate dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders.

Resolve basic operational issues at the outlet.

Billing & Reporting

Handle basic POS/billing operations.

Monitor cash, UPI, card and other payment transactions.

Maintain daily sales/order records.

Prepare basic daily reports as required.

Report any cash, stock or operational discrepancies to management.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a QSR, fast-food outlet, café or restaurant preferred.

Experience in managing a small food outlet/team will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems.

Good communication and team-management skills.

Understanding of food hygiene and basic kitchen operations.

Ability to manage staff during busy hours.

Responsible, punctual and problem-solving attitude.

Candidates from Malad, Kandivali, Borivali, Goregaon, Jogeshwari and Andheri will be preferred.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
