Job Responsibilities

Make calls to business owners and potential clients.

Introduce them to BROC and its services.

Understand the basic requirements of the prospect.

Follow up with interested prospects.

Schedule appointments for the Business Development/Consulting team.

Maintain details of calls, follow-ups, and appointments.

Achieve daily calling and appointment targets.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers with good communication are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or lead generation can apply.

Good communication skills and confidence while speaking on calls.

Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business owners.

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Willingness to learn and grow in a business development role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
