Job Summary

Vibecrafts is looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide timely support across calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries regarding orders, products, delivery, returns, and complaints.
• Track orders and coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Follow up with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and timely resolution.

Requirements

• Basic English communication skills and good Hindi communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use email/WhatsApp.
• Good communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Salary

Up to ₹30,000 in-hand/month, depending on experience and skills.
