Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online chat
• Provide information about products, order updates, and other customer-related questions
• Communicate with customers in a polite, clear, and professional manner
• Keep proper records of customer interactions and order details
• Assist customers with basic issues such as complaints, returns, or exchange requests

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic computer or mobile applications
• Patient, polite, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to handle multiple customer conversations or calls at the same time
