About the Role We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Indian accounting, taxation, and financial compliance, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Accounting: Handle day-to-day book-keeping, journal vouchers, sales/purchase entries, and ledger maintenance independently.
• Statutory Compliance \& Taxation: Prepare \& reconcile GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 2B), calculate \& file TDS, and ensure complete tax compliance.
• Reconciliations: Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
• AP \& AR Management: Oversee Accounts Payable \& Receivable, vendor payments, and collection tracking.
• Financial Reporting \& Audits: Assist in trial balance reviews, balance sheet preparation, ledger scrubbing, and audit coordination.
• Payroll Support: Assist with salary processing, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax calculations.

Key Requirements \& Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–4 years of core Indian accounting \& taxation experience.
• Software Skills: Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 \& Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Taxation Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Direct/Indirect tax laws.
• Work Style: Self-driven, able to work independently, meet strict compliance deadlines, and comfortable working in an 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM shift schedule.
