Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Generate quality leads for photography courses, workshops, and admissions.
• Manage and optimize campaigns based on leads, cost per lead, and conversions.
• Manage Bharu Institute's Instagram and Facebook pages.
• Plan social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Identify and target relevant audiences for photography courses.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Track incoming leads and coordinate with the admissions team.
• Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaigns to improve results.
• Stay updated with current social media and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• Basic to good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze campaign results and make improvements.
• Freshers with practical knowledge of Meta Ads are welcome to apply.
