We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Outlet Manager to manage daily outlet operations and lead the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations

• Supervise and motivate staff

• Monitor sales and achieve targets

• Handle customer queries and complaints

• Maintain stock, cash, and outlet records

• Ensure cleanliness and service standards

Skills Requirements

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Strong team-management ability

• Customer-focused and responsible

• Previous retail/outlet experience preferred

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
