Min 1 - 2 yrs of experience in sales field

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Team Leader to supervise the team, manage daily operations, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate team members

• Monitor daily sales and achieve targets

• Allocate tasks and manage staff schedules

• Handle customer queries and complaints

• Maintain service and outlet standards

• Report daily performance to management

Requirements

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Team management and problem-solving abilities

• Target-oriented approach

• Retail/sales experience preferred

• Freshers with strong leadership skills can apply

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
