Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive (CRE) – Service to join our team at Roverz Motors, Karunagappally. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, service follow-ups, feedback, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the service centre.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with the Service Advisors and Service Department for customer requirements.
• Make service follow-up calls and update customers regarding vehicle status.
• Collect customer feedback after service and maintain proper records.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
• Conduct customer satisfaction calls and follow up on pending issues.
• Maintain customer databases and update service-related information.
• Support customer retention and improve overall customer experience.
• Coordinate service reminders and follow-up activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly customer follow-up reports when required.
• Perform other customer service and administrative activities assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Any degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer relations, customer service, automobile service, or dealership operations will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and professional behaviour.
• Ability to work effectively with the Service Department team.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
