Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM system
• Coordinate with sales and service departments for customer support
• Conduct follow-up calls for feedback, appointments, and service reminders
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Address customer complaints professionally and escalate when required
• Support customer engagement activities and campaigns

Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
• Prior experience in customer service/telecalling preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
