### ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and student-friendly Student Counsellor \& Study Abroad Executive to join our growing team.

You will guide students through their complete study-abroad journey — from counselling and course selection to admission, education-loan assistance, documentation, and study visa processing.

Freshers are welcome. Full training will be provided. We value communication, confidence, responsibility, learning ability, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their international education goals.

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Counsel students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities.
• Understand student profiles and suggest suitable courses and institutions.
• Handle admission applications and follow up on offers.
• Assist students with basic documentation and application requirements.
• Guide and coordinate students through the education-loan process.
• Prepare and organize documents for admission and visa applications.
• Assist with study visa applications, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with universities, banks/NBFCs, and internal teams when required.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with students.
• Take ownership of assigned student cases from start to finish.
• Work towards assigned counselling, conversion, and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow company SOPs.

### QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
