Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and confident HR Recruiter Intern to join our recruitment team.
As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will receive hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, recruitment calls, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, recruitment tracking, job posting, and onboarding support.
No prior recruitment experience is required. We are primarily looking for candidates with good communication skills, confidence, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Candidate Sourcing
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Contact potential candidates and explain relevant job opportunities.
Resume Screening
Review and evaluate resumes based on job requirements.
Shortlist candidates according to skills, qualifications, experience, location, notice period, and other criteria.
Maintain accurate candidate information and records.
Candidate Calling & Initial Screening
Make recruitment calls to potential candidates.
Explain job roles, responsibilities, company details, location, and compensation.
Conduct basic HR screening discussions.
Understand candidate expectations, availability, salary expectations, and career interests.
Maintain professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
Interview Coordination
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team/client.
Schedule interviews and share interview details or meeting links.
Confirm candidate availability before interviews.
Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance.
Coordinate rescheduling whenever required.
Candidate Follow-Up
Follow up with candidates after interviews regarding feedback and next steps.
Maintain regular communication with shortlisted and selected candidates.
Track candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
Recruitment Tracking & Reporting
Maintain daily recruitment trackers using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Update sourcing, screening, interview, selection, rejection, and joining status.
Maintain accurate candidate databases.
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
Share recruitment updates with the reporting manager.
Job Posting
Assist in preparing and posting job openings on recruitment platforms.
Support the team in improving job descriptions and candidate reach.
Monitor applications received through different recruitment channels.
HR & Recruitment Support
Assist the HR team with recruitment-related documentation.
Support onboarding activities when required.
Maintain recruitment-related records and documents.
Assist with other HR and recruitment activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Final-year students who can work full-time

Immediate joiners are preferred
Previous HR or recruitment experience is not mandatory.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Basic computer knowledge.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean Search, or recruitment tools will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
