We are hiring experienced Back Office Executives for a blended Chat & Email support process.

Candidates with strong written communication skills and prior customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service.

Chat or Email Support experience is mandatory.

Graduate / Undergraduate can apply with 6 months BPO Experience.

Immediate Joiners preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via Chat and Email.

Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customers.

Maintain quality and productivity standards.

Ensure excellent customer experience and communication.

Salary

Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month.

In - hand

25,500 to 26,000k

Cabs both sides provided within 20km range.
